This simple Lockdown Kit includes an alert point, one trigger button, end of alert button, and a signal repeater. The end of alert is supplied with a lanyard for portability and a mounting bracket for optional fixed installation (e.g., by a door or on a desk). The alert point features a multi-tone siren and high-intensity LED strobe light, ensuring immediate visibility in emergency situations. This wireless alert system supports rapid lockdown procedures across US public facilities, including schools, councils, and office buildings. Ideal for enhancing onsite safety protocols, it delivers reliable emergency communication when it’s needed most.

Key Information:

  • Each trigger button sends out a signal within its range, which can reach up to 2950 feet in clear line of sight. Please note that walls and other obstacles can reduce this distance.
Extra long-range wireless panic alarm signal repeater

The included signal repeater extends the range from 2950 feet to 5900 feet (line of sight). Each additional repeater adds up to 2950 feet of range, with a maximum of four repeaters supported per system.

When an alert point receives the signal, it will:

  • Sound a siren, with 32 tones to choose from and adjustable volume
  • Activate a flashing strobe light
  • Stay active for a set period, which can be adjusted from one second to continuous, ending when the lockdown is released
  • Work in combination with any number of other buttons and alert points, all connected together
  • Be triggered by any button in the system
  • Extend coverage if needed by passing the signal from one alert point to another. This helps cover the whole site, even where wireless range is limited by walls. A repeater module is included in this kit.
  • Include an optional 4G GSM transmitter for making emergency calls or sending alert texts. You can set up your own phone numbers for this.

Simple installation:

  • The trigger button can be simply fixed to a wall, or discreetly under a desk
  • The reset button can be used as portable units or fixed to a wall, depending on your setup
  • Alert points are wall-mounted and simply plug into a standard mains socket
  • No technical skills are needed. Our support team is on hand if you need help

Ongoing maintenance:

  • We recommend testing the system regularly, ideally every three months or in line with your internal procedures
  • Button batteries should be replaced every 24 months. For heavy use, we suggest checking them annually, although this is rarely needed
