Stainless Steel Bolt Down Static Bollard, 76 mm Diameter, 900 mm High & Top located Eyelet (often used with Chain or Rope).
Finished in good quality Stainless Steel, can also be used in conjunction with matching:

The top mounted Steel Chain Eyelet has an internal diameter of 23 mm.
