Smart Battery Wireless Siren Alarm & PIR.

For locations with no easy or safe access to a power supply, this Battery Powered Wireless Siren & Flashing Strobe doubles up as the Alarm Control Panel, making it an easy & quick Alarm to install (in any location), operates on 868 Mhz. 

Supplied with an Internal PIR & Remote Control, can be used as:

• A small alarm system (to help protect buildings with no power, workshops, garages, holiday homes etc).
• Or as a base to build a more comprehensive system (adding any of the smart alarm detectors, no limit). 

The Alarm is operated using the Remote Control (supplied) or additional Remote Controls & Wireless Keypads.

The PIR detects people from up to 45 ft distance & 110 degrees, together with a wireless transmission range of 150 metres (line of sight).

Powered by a single PP3 battery (supplied) and supplied with a fully adjustable mounting bracket.

The battery will operate for between 12 - 18 months in most applications (depending on use) and has a built in low battery warning (a slow flashing red LED on the PIR) allowing for suitable battery replacement. The built in power saving technology puts the PIR into hibernation for 3 minutes after each activation. 

There is no limit to how many additional PIR's can be added to our range of Wireless Smart Alarms.

Mounting the PIR Sensor:
The key to successful operation of any PIR sensor is choosing the correct location. A sensor mounted in a unsuitable location has the potential to cause false triggers and reduce performance. The main rules that should be followed are:
1) Mount the PIR into a corner of a room.
2) Avoid heat spots from bright lamps suddenly turning on or off.
3) Do not install immediately above a radiator.
4) Do not install in a glass roof conservatory.

The Wireless Remote Control is used for arming and disarming your Wireless Smart Alarm (from up to 150 ft away), it can carry out 3 functions with this system:

1. Arm: Fully Arms the Alarm System.
2. OFF: This will disarm the complete Alarm System.
3. Panic: By pressing the Home & Alert Buttons at the same time, it will fully activate the Siren (even when it is disarmed).

The Siren/Control Panel is powered by 4 x D Cell Batteries (supplied), which will last approximately 2 years, makes the installation very quick, easy & safe (optional plug in transformer available for locations that have easy and safe access to a power supply socket).

When activated it has twin Sirens supplying 120 Decibel & bright Flashing Strobe Lights, the duration of these can be adjusted between 1 - 10 minutes during installation.

The Siren has other features including:

Siren Battery Level Test:

• Press Alert Symbol on the Remote Control.
• The Siren will Beep once.
• An LED Light will then illuminate (if it is flashing the batteries are getting low, if it is steady the battery is good.
